Dave Brown| Owner
I am the husband to Arnita and father of two who enjoyed playing sports growing up. I’ve worked in the utility business for the past 35+ years. In my personal time I enjoyed being a volunteer Youth Basketball Coach and have coaches some of the best players to come out of Phllly in the last few decades. I currently officiate basketball on the collegiate and High School levels. Always with a passion of winning which I am bringing that drive to the Multifamily field!
Arnita M Brown | Managing Partner
I am a mother of a wonderfully extraordinarily smart adult young lady and the business partner and wife to Dave Brown. I have been in the healthcare field for almost 30 years, with most recently being a patient care tech at a healthcare system in Pennsylvania. I enjoy family time and long vacations with my husband and also hanging out with friends. In the past, I have wondered about getting into real estate, but never really knew where to start. I was most recently out of work due to an injury, when I started researching different real estate options. One day, while scrolling through some Instagram ads, I came across an advertisement for The Multifamily Mindset, so I signed up for a seminar. Unbeknownst to me, my husband signed up for the same seminar with the same company, but on a different day. After we both attended the seminars , we came to a decision of signing up for the three day event. Once we attended the 3 day event, and being excited for what our future could hold, we signed up and became members of The Multifamily Mindset. I look forward to making lasting professional relationships.
